I was at the National Zoo last weekend, the Panda enclosure was closed off due to pregnancy watch. I had high hopes for this cub, and this is terribly sad.

i <3 you so much for that reply and analogy :)
THIS. I highly regard oral as an intimate thing. Also, it's a lot of fuckin work, so the guy better be special.
This is a thing? I'm lucky I look in a mirror for 5 seconds before I have to race out the door.
I believe one of their problems is also how they approach recruiting women. I was recruited by the Diversity Dept. That in itself felt a smidge offensive. They also told me up front that they like people to be overqualified for their positions, which I later learned was only because they evaluate you in your element…
That far out, wouldn't there be fog as well? I was out on the Monterey Bay on Wednesday and saw a superpod of dolphins, but even mid-day there was some fog. I just don't know...
It's very smooth, I agree. The superpod of dolphins I saw in the Monterey Bay on Wednesday (two days after this video was shot) had some with visible scars, presumably from prey or something? Anyway, I'm no CG expert, but it's likely these were real dolphins and maybe there was some touchup work to make it look more…
omg, this might be the same SuperPod I saw miles out in the Monterey Bay on Wednesday. There were over 1000 dolphins.
where are you finding $20 for an eighth? most of the SF Bay Area dispensaries charge $55 for an eighth. lucky!
Man, this new commenting format makes it a lot of work to read all the comments. Am I doing it wrong?
I'm sure it doesn't help that a lot of male dominated fields have team building exercises like paintball outings. Violence really doesn't do it for me. The marketing team took a cooking class together, but I kind of got laughed at for suggesting that to my team.
As a hard-working female engineer at an up and coming startup, I can't even imagine the horror that this show will be. I hope people don't actually get ideas from this show and think it's what we all do.
I totally get it. My bestie has a 2 yr old. I like being able to put my extra shit in the bottom of the stroller. I think the hate is for the small subset of the population who ruin it for everyone by using the stroller as a battering ram. Take heart, it's clearly not you :)
Yeah wtf is that? People were doing that at Maker Faire, and I was like, 'lady, your poor kid in the stroller is going to get trampled or fallen on if you keep shoving like that, and thanks for running over my foot with it'.
I used Glass Door but at the time, before you could see anyone's salaries, you had to post all your info including title, and in small companies, it's very easy to figure out who has posted. Is it possible some numbers are skewed by women not being as senior? I know it's a lot harder for me to be confident about my…
omg, you know what's funny? I had pictured him as Haymitch before they cast Woody Harrelson.
Please don't hate on ignorant carnivores. I honestly didn't realize how many other good protein sources there were until my bestie went vegan.
I'm sorry, I couldn't get past the pic of the awesome pink Chucks
omg, i had to check and see if you were my friend Alicia. She's doing this now and getting me back into it. LOL.
Nah, it's a real thing. I'm a female engineer, and I'm in talks with a VC firm to find me a better gig. They have an obvious interested in the firms they invest in, so they work out way better than headhunters (who are mainly interested in their cut and not the best match) for engineers interested in startups.
