@tinfoil-party: How on earth are limitless fruits ok? Apples are still carbs. Hell, all fruit contains sugar, and while it's better than processed sugar, it's still sugar that can cause/affect diabetes.

@muffincupcake: I don't follow. Fruits have tons of sugar. Yoyo-ing your blood sugar is the biggest cause of weight gain. A lot of fruit will make you gain weight.

@The HZA.: Back when plan B was prescription only, I never needed an appt. I simply called my Ob/Gyn's office and told them I needed a scrip for it. The doctor called it in later.
