I test drove a 987 Boxster Spyder and Evora on successive days. The Evora was such a step down as a driver’s car. If you want something a little different at the cost of nominally worse in other aspects, it’s a reasonable choice. But the Spyder was just incredible to drive.

I’ve been in ride-alongs with my instructors where I felt a little uncomfortable with getting back in my car and getting instruction from them. They just need so hellbent on wringing their cars out instead of talking through the track.
