Sadly, that’s a relatively ‘new’ thing; it happened maybe a couple of months ago. Before that, the notification would be ‘written out’ so you would actually know which comment of yours was getting ‘liked’. Right now, this suuuuucks.

I gotta go. My weiner Kinjas are listening.
Because it’s Kinja now, and everything has to maximally suck. Everything terrible that you hate about dumbly half-assed comments systems that suck? Here’s a heaping plateful of suckdom. it’s where we are, and it’s woeful.
It’s weird the notifications say when a post was ‘recommended’ (why not just use “like”?) or replied to, but not which post. I have several.
For him that just called Wednesday.
Will Franco finally get to make his dream come true - a steamy sex scene with himself?
(Knard), tohs daeh, (knard), pu ruop
Personally I am yrev, very looking forward to playing it that way.
Vibe, my kill don’t bitch.
This is amazing. Given that TayTay exerts maniacal control over her image and brand, how in the hell did she convince herself that this was a good idea? Good god. She should stick to what she does best: dating B-list actors who need to boost their profiles so that they can land an acting gig in the next Ron Howard…
I’m old so the twitter confuses me, but I clearly need to start paying attention to black twitter. Those burns are quality.
Technically, you could choose to go against your nature and suffer through a relationship with the opposite sex.
O’Neal, I don’t blame you for this mess. You’re not a tech guy and you’re trying to do your job as best as you can. But frankly this is really frustrating.
I am a web-dev, and I’m only more baffled by this transition now.
I like to say that Kinja’s motto is “Our users are our beta testers!” Soon as you get used to it and find it useful, they’ll frak it up royally.
I’ve worked alongside web devs, though I’m not one myself, and I can appreciate that not everything can be anticipated when going through a massive revamp. Hiccups are inevitable. I can also appreciate that oftentimes there are people within an org who DO anticipate certain hiccups but are ignored because they don’t…
DC and Warner Bros. are doing a fantastic job providing an example of how to royally screw up a cinematic universe.
Yeah, I mostly liked what this series did with IF, but the last couple episodes make him both dumb and bad at fighting. And being a lousy fighter is definitely out of character.
Watching The Defenders, I’m glad that I skipped Iron Fist, the show. I thought that Danny’s mostly a fine character, especially when he’s the upbeat one of the ground, even if I found it a little weird how quickly his PTSD from failing K’un-L’un seems to have faded.
