I see articles about dead burned out streamers, drugged up esport players or frail anime voice actors almost daily on Kotaku, but this time, it’s about a guy who was very valuable to our world.

it is kinda funny that just a few years later, dark souls would come out and tell an entire story exclusively through database entries and everyone cums for that game
Depression Quest? The fuck out of here.
Just to nitpick, GF isn’t lazy, they are incompetent. Little Town Hero shows that off quite nicely.
Yep, which is why Donut fries (especially when they are shaped like french fries is a great name)
They’re like amiibos that don’t do anything and look stupid
A piece of my childhood is dying with Toys ‘R’ Us. And it’s a good piece too. I can live without Blockbuster, Game Crazy, etc. But Toys ‘R’ Us will always have a special place in my heart. Even as an adult, I loved going there. It’s been 3 or 4 years since I’ve gone though, so I guess I’m part of the reason they’re…
You do know third parties are releasing new games on other systems?
It technically is the DS port which does have some quests and an ending the original SNES didn’t have. Honestly if they could get this game working up to the level, I would definitely get the Steam port.

But the best, most satisfying run in all of speedrunning is Darbian’s WR in Mairo I, and he’s still completing many of the games levels using a tremendous amount of skill in the game according to its actual mechanics, while also knowing just how to optimize for speed down to the individual frames.
To each their own and it’s fine that people do them, but I find speedruns that rely on glitches to skip large chunks of the game (as opposed to glitches or exploits that make you move faster ala the slide move in Aladdin for the Genesis) to be less fun.
How about just playing through the level and not cheating your way through the whole thing if you’re not a speed runner. Took me more than 20 tries but did it. And got the 100 jump rope moon on the first try.
Controversial opinion here: Everything good in the world is actually terrible.
-You, basically.
How often do you see an anime creator in a car commercial? Even in Japan, not often! Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno…
When they’re cheering for a black man over a snowflake, you know you’re deep in the red.
Well i mean the obvious answer is because Hawaii, but if you dont want to acknowledge that i guess it will always be a mystery.
