Check out the "Zombie, Run!" app on Android...it basically does exactly what you said, except it's only in satellite view and not Street View...but it's pretty cool!! There is even a Beta to set-up multiplayer games, and you can set the Type of Outbreak and the Type of Zombie!

But then again, the rise of the money made with the CD shows that the music industry was overcharging to make more profit.
