Yep. When was the last time a club/io9/Kotaku reviewed DVD blurry extras?

Kind of. They released the final volumes of Ducktales and Talespin, and the first two seasons of Kim Possible (but not the third or fourth). For Gargoyles they released volume 2 of season 2 exclusively, but never released season 3. But several shows were never completed, like Rescue Rangers, Goof Troop, Gummie Bears or…
Fubo: the streamer that always shows up when you try to search for something on Just Watch, even though they don’t seem to actually have it.
If people care about physical media, then they should BUY physical media. This isn’t some grand conspiracy by the media companies. They are simply phasing out physical releases because they aren’t profitable enough.
But what’s the difference between speculative fiction and just fiction?
That question, why Texas and California, is a question that I want the audience to ask
Don’t forget the climax where Kirsten Dunst’s journalist character gives a ham-fisted but still non-specific speech about division and listening to one another
That was my reaction as well. Whitney Cummings was a late addition, and not a creator or show runner. (Not a knock, she was o.k. as a character performer.) In addition, the show’s gutsy, live performances were a real treat. I don’t think it was a failure on Mendler’s part, at all.)
Members would receive monthly releases, but the real boon of the service was the Disney Movie Club’s deep cuts, which were often mostly-forgotten classics that are otherwise very difficult to get a hold of.
on one hand less physical options sucks on the other...disney movie club was a predatory trash fire in how they got people.stuck paying $20+ per movie for their intro special.
There’s something very obnoxious about this article’s choice to seemingly neg Bridgit Mendler for not being famous enough when she’s clearly an extremely accomplished woman.
At the risk of jumping in early on another thread doomed to get 300 comments from dozens of people arguing at each other, Jon Stewart was never —and certainly is not in this year 2024— a kingmaker. I watched TDS religiously through the first decade or so of his tenure, and Bush was still elected and subsequently reelec…
He’s on the X-Men 1.5 DVD commentary with Singer, who asked him personally
They’ve done this before in the past. Like when Halo Anniversary was announced they had posts praising that’s how you should to remasters then when the review came they were like “we can’t recommend this game”.
He’s pointing out the absurdity of the situation we’re currently in. I also see it as a call to demand better of our politicians going forward.
I know this was done by different writers but maybe some editorial direction would help this site maintain some kind of tonal consistency and credibility?
Eh. He spent maybe two minutes tops—including applause breaks and reading the tweets in question—on the backlash. Really he used that to tee up his takedown of Carlson.
Yeah, I looked that up too and UGH, birds of a feather.
His IMDB bio says that he “frequently collaborated with Bryan Singer an Dan Schneider.” I’m willing to wager that doesn’t just refer to film and TV projects.
