I hear he’s now developing a show about his thirties. Working titles are ‘Mulaney Do Coke’ and ‘Mulaney Do Someone Who Isn’t His Wife.'

That actually would have been a lot more interesting than the Seinfeld knock-off we got. It was still enjoyable, but boy was it rough (and it seemed weirdly out of place at Fox, considering the lineup it was around).

it doesn’t seem impossible for a working comedian that regularly works local spots, goes on tours, and books spots on TV to afford his lifestyle.

I figured he had the apartment for a long time, and it was rent controlled.  Considering his neighbor was Kramer, who barely had a job the whole series, that made the most sense.

I personally find it ironic that people were MOST concerned about companies using AI art to rip off artists and - at least in what I’m seeing - the first volleys seem to be bad actor “artists” that are trying to rip off companies looking for artists.

I’m not sure I see what the problem is - they used ai art for a promotional image and? so what? It’s not like they claimed it’s the actual graphics or anything - people need to get over this already, ai art is here to stay!

If anything, that one foot is TOO visible. And the guy could really use a couple dozen more pouches spread across 5 additional belts.

I mean, this just confirms what I already knew, that I think the writers at Kotaku are wrong much of the time.

There’s some valid criticisms of how the image looks (like the gray paint by the right arm, and unsurprisingly the way the guns and hands interact).

Honestly when i zoomed in the leg looked more correct.

I grew up looking at Rob Liefeld art. Nothing to see here lol

Although I am not using the most common hair/beard combo for Cal, I stay away from long hair styles because the hair physics in this game is an absolute joke.

I’m not sure he was small time - he was on the Tonight Show, he traveled quite a bit to do shows around the country, back and forth to Atlantic City. He was well enough known that NBC sent people to see him and sign him to do the pilot. It’s not like he was kicking around the NYC scene only.

Eh,I mean that is possible. But could you point out what is seen as obviously wrong? Because the clues thing I see is the right leg. And when I expand it it looks like a relatively normal leg on top of something of similar color that goes straight. I noticed this because before expanding it, it looked like another

No. Looks like a relatively uncreative position with both legs bent and the torso hanging over far enough that either it would have to be an in-between or falling. But both legs look like they are at possible (if uncomfortable positon), like they bend the correct direction and I'm not seeing extra joints. But I have

True. I meant AI generated art is getting better every day (six finger hands being much less common now than a few months ago). So eventually the appearance in and of itself will likely be good enough for the consumer (same way classic animation advance from curiosity to artistically appreciated as techniques

to be clear, the story here isn’t the fact AI was used, its just QA wasn’t done.

“somebody somewhere there looked at this image for more than three seconds, because even glancing at it you can see at least half a dozen red flags.”

Tired: It’s so over.
Wired: WE NEVER LEFT!

Let’s fucking ggooooooooo

Hairstyle doesn’t matter because they made the mistake of modelling him too closely to his voice actor. I’ll never be able to see him as anything but the wannabe Joker kid from Gotham.
