Can you help point out where Ed calls this the second wave, I can only find that it’s called second “peak” of the first wave?

Remember when you said im a misogynist and support patriarchal egoism? Even though i’ve literally, not once, evoked gender. You stated thats based off my assertion that poe’s lesson was “blindly follow authority”. Please enlighten me on how I am a misogynist for this interpretation?
So why is an essential worker, like you, who is the online police of how to talk about fiction, stuck arguing in online forums? You seem so confident in your rules of how to speak on these things? Why aren’t you teaching? You clearly have a calm, mature demeanor that would thrive in a academic setting.
Peak <> wave
Methinks it’s not an act...
I’m 100% on board with Black Adam starting as a hero with a real intense and strict sense of justice who ends up going too far and has to stake out on his own. It’s really smart to leverage The Rock’s popularity to make him an anti-hero fpr whom we understand his motives and beliefs, but have problems with his methods.
“at or below that of the flu”? The six-digit body count and fleet of makeshift morgue trucks heading to TX and AZ disagree with you.
I 100% agree. This is a classic example of completely ignoring the blatant prejudice against Jews and equating Jews to whites. They made it about race. Let’s go ahead and pretend there are no other races that are Jewish. How fucking insulting. I’m damn tired of these arguments that it’s okay to say it because other…
Belator1, you are a dangerous victim of the Dunning-Kruger effect, repeating factually incorrect interpretations of faulty and/or misrepresented data.
The article clearly outlines that Cannon’s speech is racist and that racism should be confronted every time, to do less is to condone it.
This one is so funny to me. Athletes train at high altitude all the time wearing restrictive masks to increase their capacity to process oxygen. If they can run on a treadmill at 5000ft wearing a mask, you can fucking well breathe wearing a mask while your fat ass is dragging itself around WalMart.
Those breathing problem people sure seem to have an easy time screaming at everyone.
To me Solo was just a bad movie and even worse, boring. I found Force Awakens was boring as well, after all it was basically a remake of ANH with ESB ending glued at the end. Last Jedi was not terrible, which does not mean good. Rise of Skywalker was bad as well.
Once again, every word you wrote is a lie.
Solo failed because Han Solo didn’t need an origin story. To back up that claim I am just going to leave a link to a tiny blog that nobody has ever heard of.
I thought Solo was a great big bucket of meh, but I did love L3-37. And I hated how she ended up. She would have been a great character to see more of later.
I thought the problem with Solo was just that it was a bad movie.
Why did Solo fail?
“Initially, nothing really stood out; it’s a fun enough movie, yhe characters, especially the new ones, are great, Alden Ehrenreich does as good a job as imaginable playing the iconic character, and it’s filled with moments Star Wars fans had been thinking about for years.“
The fact is, the anti-Semitic stuff he said, specifically, has led to repeated, violent attacks on Jewish people by individuals who buy into this crap. The guy who shot up that kosher supermarket in Jersey City? He believed this stuff. The guy in Monsey who stabbed five people at a Chanukah party? Ditto. Anti-Semitic…
