I feel as if it was a canny move (although no doubt inadvertent) to keep Wu out of the loop for so long. Basically because it got this viewer to a point where I was screaming "just tell him already!!!" rather than "so is EVERYONE going to be told about Wesen?".

The scene in which Viola Davis removed her wig, eyelashes and makeup, immediately took me back to the film Dangerous Liaisons, and the similar scene with Glenn Close as the Marquise de Merteuill - removing her "court" face, after the death of her lover.
