We established in the previous episode that, other than slightly-accelerated healing, Jessica's powers don't enhance durability like Luke's powers do. Also, as others have noted, she was intentionally going easy on them at first because she thought they were just mind-slaves.

This is only the second "psychic" seen in the MCU's Earth, & the first (Scarlet Witch) is only known to be telekinetic—her dream-warping stuff hasn't been revealed in public yet.

She slid right into the View Askew comic rhythms in Clerks 2 as well, something a lot of respected actors have struggled with. Dawson is an outstanding comedy actress.

Like, real-life autistic, not internet-insult-misnomer autistic.

I'm enjoying Iron Fist, but it definitely isn't as good as the other Netflix MCU shows. I'm pretty well convinced they *only* made this show to tie in with Daredevil (via all the Hand stuff…..which was the worst part of Daredevil) & Luke Cage (to justify this Defenders lineup as a twist on Heroes for Hire).

…But Legion IS crazy. That's inherent to his powers.

He's also the guy responsible for the Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny (with his band Lemon Demon) and the Potter Puppet Pals.

Hardly relevant from a marketing standpoint, though if you wanna go down that road, Big Mac sales have dropped too.

It's definitely a shared Framework. It's hard enough to simulate the whole planet once, much less separately for each person who's plugged in, & Aida mentioned having to reboot it every time somebody new was "logged in" to substitute their free will in place of their NPC placeholders & to adjust for the consequences

If they survive all this, they're officially upgraded to Mauve Shirts.

Aida mentioned having to reboot the Framework each time she added someone else to it, in order to accommodate the consequences of each altered life. If Coulson never joined SHIELD, does May even end up on the Bahrain mission at all?

Without Coulson, May probably never ends up in Bahrain in the first place.
Without Coulson, Daisy probably doesn't have a father-figure who protects her from Ward's corrupting influence.
Without Coulson, the Bus team probably is never really assembled.
Without Coulson, Stark & Thor probably never willingly cooperate with

"The most progressive candidate the Democratic party has ever had running for it"? You're joking, right?

I, too, assume that musical style mandates specific lyrical content.

Spencer's boring, which makes for bad TV, even if you agree with him.

There would've been a lot less backlash if it didn't remind everyone of the KFC Double Down.

I went to go archive some stuff earlier tonight & found that they'd already deleted everything. It wasn't even midnight GMT. Didn't know they'd be basing it on the freaking International Date Line.

Yeah, if Radcliffe knew how to synthesize Inhuman powers, he would've given them to himself long ago.

Now this version of feminist criticism I can get behind! The version that says "there is a representation problem SO WE MUST BOYCOTT THIS DIRECTOR'S ENTIRE CATALOG & SHUN ANYONE WHO DOESN'T" is the version most people are familiar with, though, because that's the kind that Tumblr & Twitter foster. (Sidenote: How did
