Animation studios crunch their employees so horrifically. It’s gotten even worse. There are so many CGI studios know all over the world that you have to compete and that means crunching. If one major studio drops you you’re basically screwed.

Maybe single player games but all the stress from the negativity and toxicity in competitive multiplayer games is not good for you.
