Ajin could translate well into live action. It’s not over the top Scifi or fantasy and requires little special effects. The trailer however was pretty damn lame with all that damn dubstep.

Fantasy and Scifi manga/anime that require an insane amount of special effects, never translate well in live action. I’d consider Ajin Scifi but it’s still set in our time and in our world and mostly grounded in reality with a few fictional elements so it can translate well into live action.
