Won't be surprised if in a month the Kinja comment system gets changed to Disqus again. Like, AV Club would be the only Kinja site to have that distinction.
$2000.17, actually!
The NYT article linked states Total Request Live is coming back… so there's that.
Norton's been hosting his own separate show since 2016, fyi
Of course Viacom took it down in America. smh
Believe The Onion?
Mike Tyson is currently airing S3 (or S2.5, it may be a 20 episode season like what they do with Robot Chicken) Sundays at 11:45. And with the network replacing the 12:15am weekday slot of Robot Chicken with Mike Tyson, they're probably gonna pick it up again for S3/S4, whatever its called.
Loiter Squad is dead because Odd Future disbanded, didn't they?
The Turner pressroom article listed Infomercials as a returning show. There's more coming in 2 or so weeks, this week and the next is Fishcenter and then after that is a new Off the Air.
Ratings, I guess. Probably why the only non-FOX shows that air before 11pm (currently) are DBZ Kai and Rick and Morty. Family Guy and the other Seth stuff basically fund the whole network.
But hey, they did change something I hated about the weekday schedule recently. Robot Chicken no longer airs for a half hour at…
IGPX (Toonami's only original anime) got written off, but after through some legal stuff, Toonami was able to bring back reruns in 2013.
The animation is actually really nicer than what it seems, ESPECIALLY for "Grand Scam." It actually surprised me.
Writing is pretty good too.
Darwin was Gumball's fish who later grew legs because why not.
They had RS reviews before. Didn't get enough views or clicks or whatever so they stopped.
I wish CN aired credits uncut like AS does. Sometimes theres some neat stuff in the credits like the static in SU's The Message and the special anime like credits in that one half hour RS special recently
They played it on both the S4 episodes that aired this week. So I'm guessing it's permanent for S4
hate it too, but it's what gets the network great ratings. for example, home movies will never air on AS again because of awful ratings in 2012 (according to Toonami's Jason Demarco, which also has had problems with ratings)
love you, too, baby
Honestly, I thought this episode was pretty freaking bland. Not even magical Master Shake could save it.
I have no idea why, honestly. I was just bored the whole time, also wondering when Finn and Jake would show up. They didn't.
