Japanese whiskys tend to be based on Scotch whisky, likely the earliest and arguably the most desired whiskys in the world. (Brian and many Japanese whisky fans would argue otherwise, and indeed Japanese whisky is now regarded as some of the best in the world.)

Congrats on the new book! Looking forward to reading it.

Not available to stream in the US. :(

Bah! Clickbait. There’s nothing Monkey Island related here.

I kinda liked that too though. The game was completely willing to let you break it.

No Jet Set Radio Future?! Blasphemy! Also, where’s Shenmue 2?! I’m in complete apoplexy that these haven’t been added yet.

But I’m extremely excited to try out Blinx again. Loved it when I was younger but I was too absorbed into Halo multiplayer at the time. I never gave it the time my childhood self believes it

WHAT’S NEW PUSSYCAT?

Welp, welcome to char char, a place a British general named cornwallace referee to as a hornets nest. There are two mint museums, one downtown and one on randolf. The one on randolf was the actual mint building that was awarded to Charlotte back in the day. Charlotte like all towns is divided into neighborhoods.

Don’t waste your time or money on Charlotte. Go to Raleigh or Asheville or the Outer Banks instead if you want to come to North Carolina.

Netflix also seems to have a “budgets are for the weak, and profits are for the greedy” mentality when it comes to spending money.

Ouch, my eyes hurt from rolling them so hard.

I love Tennant and Bettany, but Tobias Menzies is fantastic. I’m happy to see him getting more leading roles.

And with experience playing a petulant nobleman, to boot!

Now playing

On one hand, you’re right. The insult sword fighting in Curse doesn’t really hold up. On the other hand, it gave us this:

I wonder what the “and more” is in “Biscuits ‘n’ More”?

I’ll take having to learn insults over how Escape from Monkey Island handled the insult arm wrestling (Dump them all at once, figure it out). It’s also better than MONKEY COMBAT.

God I love this game so much. The music, the art style, the voice work - at the time, it was like playing a Disney movie. Monkey 2 may be the best in the series, but this is a close second. I even used the theme from this game at my wedding as the bridal party reception entrance music.

I will proclaim my undying love of this game in the best way I know:

Here’s my obligatory Switch post: These classic LucasArts games should be ported to the Switch. It’d be a delight to pull these gems out while on the train. I’ll also point out that I’d love a Ducktales port on the Switch.
