I did a lot of fly this last year and most of the flight the water came from large water bottles. And for the long international flights, they practically poured water down our throats, they were almost constantly starting back down the aisle to ask if we wanted water.

My experience is that you can bring water onto a plane but some airports won’t let you through security with a bottle full of water. So just fill an empty bottle after security. The only issue I ever really had was in Malaysia where the only (literally) water fountain was before security and the shops past it only…
