Honestly, compared to other games this year, it's still really really good. Though compared to what it could be, it's crap.

The thing you have to remember is that you played 300+ hours. That's a very long time. Most people probably can't name more than one or two games they've put that much time into. That's a huge success in my books.

No, they caught it, it was bugged 6 months ago, and the Devs / Producers ignored it or waived it "Known Shippable". Yes this is a thing. A VERY common thing.
99.9% of the time, QA caught it. It was bugged. It was waived.

Of course they have QA. And you can bet they say these bugs. Management decided to release the game anyway, however. They had a release date, and stuck with it, despite the quality of the game.
