We absolutely SHOULD teach kids about climate change. It’s happening, there’s no avoiding it. Kids are more resilient than most people think. Plus the kids are the ones who are going to have to deal with it, so better to prepare them now.

I’d love to see Anachronox get updated. I think it would have sold well if had come out on consoles and not just PC, and had better advertising. And that cliffhanger ending! I still want to see a sequel!

FFXIV is the only MMO I’ve played that actively discourages alts. No shared inventory, the requirements to do quests to unlock content, almost nothing on the cash shop is account-wide.

Given the context, the ‘ad’ makes sense. It’s a critique on how corporations will exploit anything. Just look at some of the advertising out there today! Why would anyone think that ads would get any less offensive in a few decades?

I tried the demo. It’s very charming, and shows a lot of promise. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for the final release.
