Kind of like that game Ryse: Son of Rome that came out as more of a performance demo for the xbox one.

To be honest, companies like Nuaghty Dog, CDPR and Rockstar have shown that games can look almost as pretty as this. I am certain that uncharted 5 may look close to this demo, atleast the parts in the beginning.
