Yes, the idea that Tina Fey - of all people - was a woman who didn’t support or help other women is ridiculous... learn to take a joke Taylor - especially when you yourself built a substantial part of your career on singing about ex-boyfriends.

It’s nice to see someone on the internet just be positive about Star Wars.

How was she offended? She literally didn’t react at all. You sound like you have it in for her because—why? And no, I’m not a Swifty, at the most I could probably name three of her songs. (Just not interested in pop.) But it’s gross when people use misogynistic words like fake to tear down a very successful woman.

It’s a pop culture website and she’s one of the biggest celebs in the world...

Yeah making a Star Wars film that Star Wars fans will like is stupid, they should have catered to non Star Wars fan, internet poster FrankN.Stein. Definitely.

I was hoping for it, personally. I really liked last season, the Mandalorians taking back Mandalore was fuckin cool. More of ‘Mando and Baby Yoda Show’ would have been boring.

That movie’s still coming at the end of this.

Clicks, my man. It is all about the clicks.

“Are we all just pretending this weird little NFL/Swift show isn’t actually a thing?”

I don’t want to speak for Drew, but I’d guess they’re basing their judgement on . . . the TV series being fun?

You don’t have the internet’s permission to enjoy them.

I highly enjoyed them, personally.  Season 3 especially was fuckin awesome!

Again, what’s your point?  I wasn’t saying he’s a great comedian.  I’m saying he’s noteworthy in comedy circles in response to the OP asking who he was.

At least the bit with Tina Fey/Amy Poehler managed to get the joke out and it had a punchline. Let’s not ignore the fact where Jo Koy fumbled the joke on top of it being not funny.

Fuck the naysayers. I think this is gonna be fun.

Honestly, god help anyone who says ANYTHING about her if we’re referring to that Jo Koy joke as “cringe-worthy.” It was not a good joke. It was barely a joke. But my goodness, is it being blown so absurdly out of proportion. “Taylor Swift is dating an NFL star and gets shown on TV a bunch.” Oh, what a diss to Tay-Tay.

I didn’t watch this live but based on other audience reaction clips I’m guessing he had already lost them by this point and they weren’t going to laugh anyway (and the joke certainly isn’t funny enough to break through) and then some of Swift’s fans took her non-reaction as her being mad and blew it out of proportion.

Yes he is.  What’s your point?

“As you know, we came on after a football doubleheader. The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL? At the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift,”

He’s a working comic. If you follow the industry you know him. But I put him in the same class as, say, Salvo Maniscalco, where like, he’s making bank, always working crowded rooms, clearly successful at his craft, you may have seen random clips of him floating around online, but your average person doesn’t know who
