Thanks to a panel-wide misunderstanding of Asian geography and some nimble betting work, he won.

Yeah, let’s blame it on those pesky millenials! Let’s not blame it on a range of motorcycles where the lightest weighs as much as the Death Star, the cheapest is still fucking expensive, the most powerful couldn’t pull the dick off a chocolate mouse, the most sporty has the dynamic prowess of a bag of shot badgers and

amen. no whining here as a yankees fan pleased with the upset pulled off, but i thought the zone was atrocious for BOTH teams. pitches in the same exact spots being called differently not inning to inning or even batter to batter but within the same at-bats. not that this excuses judge for striking out 400 times in

It’s been ever thus on the zone, but isn’t this exacerbated by baseball NOT picking the best umpires to work the playoffs and NOT picking the most consistent pitch callers to be behind the plate?

If it was atrocious for everyone, as you admit...why was it the strike zone that made Judge uniquely terrible?

I agree that he has a problem with the strikeouts, but c’mon that strike zone was ridiculous. Also, each one of those hits was huge.

The umps have really expanded his strike zone. A bunch of times in the DS, balls that were clearly high, low, or outside were called strikes.

He needs to adjust but it would help if the umpire stops calling everything above his shoelaces a strike.

Now playing

Then there’s Faith No More (and Marilyn Manson, who referenced/copied it in Mobscene): “Be, aggressive, be be, aggressive!”
And more recently Mastodon in Aunt Lisa: “Hey, ho, let’s fucking go. Hey, ho let’s get up and rock and roll!”

Going to see Roger Waters in Quebec City next week, can’t wait for this

“By the way, fuck “The Living Years.” I remain firmly against any rock song that uses a child’s chorus.”

I’d watch what I say about Barkley. You know what he’s capable of...

That’s exactly what I expected in foxburough, I really wish I didn’t share the same fan base as these jagoffs.

Lynch kinda tried to run him over with his Tesla.

my issue has always been whether I could trust the graphics — I found, pretty quickly after they introduced challenge flags, that the animation might be glitching rather than the referee AI. how are you to know?

A Kiss-Muff Story

The sheer randomness of their inception, though, means it would be totally fine if we one day decided to change them, too.

I’m a big fan of declaring people Kings for obscure accomplishments. King of Catcher Interference? Way to go guy!

Yeah, I thought everybody knew that story. For a GnR mark like Drew to mess it up was odd.

The answer was ‘neither’ and that may be true of this NBA Draft too.
