I’m seriously taken aback by how many people on Gizmodo just came for you personally. Apparently there are more authoritarians reading this blog than I previously knew. :-/

Is there a way we can find out what providers are charging what rates to what insurance companies? Not that I have any love for any health insurance company, I’m just curious as to how outrageous our health care system is acting here.

There is no bundle discount if you already get Hulu for free from another provider.

This isn’t a criticism of the author. But it is interesting that an article about parents not letting children taking risks on the playground rings hollow when it’s published on a media platform whose new owners are trying to sanitize it of all the grime and sharp edges that earned it it’s popular reputation. Now my

Auto-play videos suck and are disruptive. Stop this obnoxious behavior.

I have no doubt that this guy has the tools to discipline yourself into wealth. However, as I quickly found out through his survey, I simply do not have even a measly $199/mo to invest in any of his courses, and I also need to explicitly pay off my existing debt first before I can, or else I risk being kicked out of

Yeah I haven’t seen them in every Target. I’ve noticed them more in Targets that have a larger black or latinx population. I have not seen them in areas where it’s largely white or in very upscale areas. (I work for a company that services displays in Target so I’m all over the place).

If her conscience is keeping her up a night, go get some therapy and get on with your life like the rest of us. In 2019 you’re the only one still even thinking about what you did. See a shrink, forgive yourself, get a script and keep it moving.

Funny enough, I’ve noticed Target using plus-size figurines and mannequins in their stores, and it makes me take a closer look and appreciate certain styles and types.

Or just make the sandwiches and let them see you eating it. Kids emulate the people who influence them.

Actually, the room was not paid for, it was only reserved. Now, had I been fully informed about the policy, we actually would have billed for the room if it had not been checked in because as a VIP member they agree to this. But, given what I was trained on, the policy was any room not checked into after midnight was

I’m a former hotel night auditor.

I don’t speed most of the time, if I do it’s usually no more than 5 over. I mostly use the feature just to monitor police activity and to notify other drivers that something’s ahead, same with reporting slowdowns and accidents. I appreciate getting the notices myself so I can react appropriately and, if needed, divert

Only if one treats it as such. When you treat something as a responsibility, you are being proactive, you want to do it. When you treat it as an obligation, you’re being reactive, you’re only doing it because somebody is compelling you to do so.

I’m really tired of seeing wrongdoing being rewarded with the guilty “admitting no wrongdoing” while paying out fines. Especially when it’s paid for by the public. It’s time we started putting an asswhooping on these bad actors.

That’ wouldn’t make it an obligation. That would make it a responsibility.

Who tells the United States to clean up their space junk, and who enforces action when the United States doesn’t?  That’s why there is no obligation, because there isn’t a greater body to sanction and enforce sanctions.

Facebook already monitors, fact-checks and warns about or rejects content posted by ordinary users. They do this hundreds of thousands of times a day. Why should a politician, political campaign, PAC or business be exempt and treated differently?

I produced shows for combat sports, local and regional sports, and local and regional need and politics. When I retired we had a daily audience of several thousand listeners.

As a content creator, I believe that anything you create has value, and if it has value then you have a right to ask people to pay for it. People pay for things from non-famous people every day. But if everybody took your stance that only famous people can ask to be paid for their work, then nobody would buy, and
