OOH! Great place to store my OS CDs, so i don't keep losing them! Great find!

That would actually be a great option for me, to just have a simple micro PC to run Skype and a few audio apps for live podcasts.

I understand most of the complaints against the projector, but I'm surprised nobody has though of suggesting a portable projection screen that rolls up and stores out of the way, in a corner, or even hang it off some wall space by the handle?

Install a Murphy bed (pulls out from the wall) with a table or desk that folds underneath it, build your storage you need for your tools and supplies around it.

This is one of my favorite space hacks!

Sure, this is a "weird law", until somebody who doesn't move over kills a cop helping a stranded motorist.

First, I think the recent "estimates" for the cost for owning and operating a car is highly inflated. I live in a state with higher than average insurance rates, higher than average gas costs, and my job is 100% commuting anywhere from 30-120 miles round trip, and my costs are MAYBE $5000/year.

Ditto, also a lot of services missing from my area (eastern KY).

Or, use suction cups or earth magnets and build a mount.

The best life hacks aren't tech-powered, but knowlede. I've gained all sorts of laundry insights over the years.

There is no sure-fire treatment for them. Sometimes a pesticide will work, sometimes a home remedy will work, sometimes using a steam cleaner will work, sometimes hiring experts to heat your home to boil/bake them out will work. And most of the time NONE of it will work.

Interesting exception to the rule. And, for Arizona, a good one.

Movie theater can always say, "We're a theater, not a hospital, not a charity." Neither illegal nor immoral, although perhaps unkind.

Funny you should bring that up... when my kids were little and were picky about food, if us adults wanted to go out to eat and bring our kids along, if we had to we would also bring the foods they would eat. Never had a restaurant have issue with this, we always ordered our food, tip generously. I frequently see

How many people have a properly balanced diet, though? The point being made is that so many of our calories are being delivered in liquified form, it's mostly transparent to us because it takes more liquid to fill our stomachs and trigger the "off" switch than solid food does. If our diets are going to be largely

The reason nobody has to warn you about eating too many fruits is because they are full of fiber which fills your stomach, which makes you feel full, and which take a long time for the body to break down and extract the remaining nutrients, which means its not sending signals that it's hungry.

You're the one still bitching about the conspiracy theory, not me.

I saw it. So, I wonder why you're continuing to rail on. :-)

Oh noes! Somebody takes open source software, which has no restrictions, and then finds a way to make money? THE SHAME! THE HUMANITY! CURSE HIM! CURSE HIM TO THE BOTTOM DEPTHS OF HADES!!!!! MAY HE DIE THE DEATH OF A THOUSAND BUNNIES TRAMPLING HIM IN PROTEST!

Yes, and a person who has spent a lot of time and effort making an excellent product, who all the sudden would like TO MAKE A LIVING FROM THEIR WORK, is an evil person! This didn't sneak up on people, on every upgrade you an clearly read about the changes in the product. I knew about the proposed changes long before
