I guess it's a matter of taste. And while I don't agree with you, it's quite de rigeueur -among overly serious hardcore-types- to praise the pre-Rollins Black Flag material. The idea that Rollins was once a scary kid scaring kids is understandably incomprehensible if you grew up seeing him as an B-movie actor and MTV
