Hypnotizing to watch! Perfect music to match. How many cars today are adjusted with a quick boot to the grille in production?

Gaaaah! I want to vote NP, I really do. This car has been on my top 20 or 30 list for a long time. But the half-done breaks and a couple of the kneaded-dough looking spots in the body panels raise too many flags. Yes, this is bone simple engineering, and easy to work on. But most parts will have to be fabricated or…
Stop that train I want to get on
Draw your brakes brother I just can’t take it
‘Cause the girl has really gone
Stop that train I want to get on
And the girl is gone for true
Goodness gracious
One sure-fire way to keep it from spending time in the shop. You just need an old disused horse barn for it to spend time in instead.
You can always fix them in post.
Im really glad this isn't in Colorado. I'd be arguing with my family already.
Proudly so! Until recently, I’d never spent more than $3000 on a Mercedes, including my convertible! My last pickup I bought from a govt surplus auction for $800. A ‘99 Dodge Ram 1500 with 198K miles and a bum transmission, but for $800...
Of course, my wife would prefer me not to be quite so cheap, so we’re looking at…
True. For example, the Mercedes V12 is a beautiful engine, and they used to showcase it. By 2001 it was half covered in heavy plastic and by 2006 it was completely hidden. In that case, not only did it dampen sound, it guided cooling air around the fuel rails and the regrettably placed engine-top ECU. A lot of…
Precisely. I actually kinda want this weird beast. I’d be willing to pay as much as 10 or maybe even 15 percent of his asking price!
I had a Mercedes once with a customized-by-rust exhaust. Sounded awesome until the muffler fell off.
I agree with you. Let's share the unpopularity.
Whatever engineering allowed the driver to walk out of that crash alive is something I am 100% in favor of!
This boggles my mind. The old VW Bugs were known as horribly unsafe, yet I’ve totaled 2 and walked out. I introduced one to a telephone pole at 40MPH. Had I not exited through the windshield, I could have OPENED THE DOOR to step out. They were undamaged.
$2K, runs, clean title: NP
You beat me to it!
When I was a small child, we lived for 3 years in a camper we’d built from an old Ryder rental truck. It was solid slab yellow except for the back wall which was burnt orange spray velour. No chrome, graphics, logos or anything else.
I knew a young man who was cursed into old age by the passage of time. Maybe it's time to buy a big camper.
Correct. I didn't even bother to switch over to the tab where I have today's Dilbert open before voting.
Thank you, kind sir or madam.
NP except for the lack of title. If it's clean, and being sold by a dealer it most likely is, then this is a solid NP. If not, solid ND.
