It is now.
It is now.
I dunno about that. He specifically says something like "I WANT you to fight back" and he's clearly sadistic. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar
Yeah but I think it's easy to forget how slow the first six eps of GoT were. They were sloooooow
Dom was an amalgam of stereotypes, Angela and Darlene…sure. Not knocking their performances but Angela is still just as much of a cypher as she ever was and Darlene appeared to be undergoing real change before they undermined it with "stop pretending you're someone you're not!" Who's the 4th?
Jersey. J-E-R-S-E-Y. Six letters. Six minus one is five, and six plus three is nine. 5/9 disaster. Three plus one is four. It will all be revealed in season 4!!! How could we miss that?
What depth? Having things happen that reflect character traits doesn't really mean we get a deeper understanding. The only deeper understanding we got from Elliot is that Mr. Robot-part genuinely cares for Elliot-part.
Yup. Me, and all those other critics.
What?
He hands them a phone saying "It's Desmond Longo's Watch Repair in Talahassee, Florida."
I guess… I didn't really believe it coming out of her mouth though.
Yuuuup I think this is it for me :-/ just don't have confidence it's gonna lead to real satisfying answers. I'll catch up at the end of each season maybe but this show loves being Lucy with the football too much for me to keep up with it week to week.
I politely disagree. I couldn't even get through half of season 4 on Netflix.
What character development? We already knew Elliot was crazy, Joanna was scary, and Darlene isn't as tough as she likes to think she is. The only minor character development was Angela and Whiterose, and they sorta set fire to the development of Angela with the meet between the two.
Right. If any politician had the microscope that Hillary has had on her since at least '92, they would have more scandals most likely. Obama was a nobody and rose to the top very quickly. Dude also isn't married to a former President that's a serial philanderer either.
It's not diabetes or cancer friend, it's PNEUMONIA. A disease you can treat with bed rest and antibiotics isn't "a serious medical illness." Pneumonia is almost always relatively harmless unless one has other health issues that it exacerbates. Which isn't the case with Hillary.
Right, and Facebook wasn't the first social networking site. But it was the best.
I'd say it's a little more extreme than MySpace to Facebook, but that's a pretty good comparison. MySpace was a fun, novel thing. Facebook changed the world
I disagree. The Sopranos was the first show to prove you could have deep, heavy topics, anti-heroes/unlikable characters, 100% serialization, and STILL be a smash hit. It's what kicked off the so-called "Golden Age of Television." Those shows were aberrations in the landscape, The Sopranos changed it entirely.
Do you promise?
Well, it's only been about a decade and it's already clear there are two eras in TV: before David Chase, and after. Ground-breaking is putting it mildly.
