I don’t think Scorpio is a replacement, but an additional model in the range. Although I’m sure the vanilla XB1 will ultimately be discontinued before Scorpio is.
The lag *was* bad. Thanks to an update or two last year, it is considerably better now.

I am quite surprised at the utter lack of Xbox One controller. It’s such a huge improvement over the 360 controller and every single other pad in existence. And the Elite is even better again. I still play (non-BC) games on my 360, and every single time I pick up the 360 controller, I lament that I can’t use my XB1…
