Bud, I’m from the South. I’ve been to the North. I’ve been East and West. Racism knows no accent.

Serious question, how exactly have any of his accomplishments been undone or snuffed out of public consciousness?

I think the thing people are taking issue with is being a famous person with thousands of followers, and being like, “Who’s this asshole, am I right America?” about someone who is clearly less famous than you are, and in a public forum where that person could read it. I just found it sort of tacky.

Au contraire, I’m thinking not enough people have seen that.

Yeah, he’s in the same category for me as Bill Murray - the “Celebs That People Love But Are Actual Dickweeds In Real Life And I Can’t Understand Why Folks Like Them” category. Or, to make things easier, CTPLBAADIRLAICUWFLT.

I usually attach the email and write “see below”

I felt that on a deep emotional level. #BeenThere

Oh my god. Her response really is absolutely perfect.

I know it’s assault, but sometimes you have to take a stand. someone should have kicked his fucking teeth in. When I was younger me and my moms were homeless for a few months, the mental toll it takes on you is staggering and the fact you have nothing to look forward to. White people in this fucking country are

here you go

I bet you could count on one hand the number of male literary idols who were not abusive assholes.

I hope they felt dumb as FUCK.

Hell of a false equivalency you’ve got there.

Conservatives in October 2016: It’s just locker room talk!
Conservatives in April 2018: This lady comedian is so vulgar!

I can’t decide if this is just a really poorly worded paragraph, or whether you are trying to downplay the assaults?

It’s opening up a discussion about what women have to navigate in the workplace. I’ve been sexually harassed (borderline stalked) multiple times in the workplace over the years.

The way it’s presented these women seem to be discussing his behavior with them in case he crossed the line and messed with someone’s career because they refused his advances. It’s just breaking the ice so that potential victims won’t feel they’d be the only ones complaining if they have something to say.

I feel like people miss that it took a black comedian to call out another black comedian that spent years wagging his finger at the black community. The race of the comedian matters and this wouldn’t have had the same impact if a white comedian did it. Hopefully moving forward we can just believe victims when they

Exactly. You don’t need to show a personal conversation to prove that people are disagreeing with your decision. And “I will stand my ground” is what arrogant assholes say when they don’t want to understand other people’s opinions.

John was cool about it but what a dick move to post a text message. If John wanted to speak publicly he would have responded on Twitter. John was acting as a friend and Kanye shit on him.
