Why do the special effects look so bad?? Why is the beast so huge and she is so tiny? The whole thing is creepy af and not helped by the fact that Emma and Cousin Matthew do not seem to have any chemistry whatsoever.

The Beast looks really terrible at least. He doesn’t look lifelike at all and they have anthropomorphize his face too much for a live-action movie.
