yep. I agree totally. I don’t fly as much as you, but Delta has lied thru their teeth to me too regarding delays and being stuck on runways when SW and others were flying just fine. 2 hours to find a snow plow? then another hour to go get gas for the snowplow? what an insult.

I pay for first class in part for the amenities. This includes access to a bathroom without long lines. That guy on Alaska Air was an asshole. If you wanna use the first class bathroom, then get off your wallet and pay first class fare.

$20? Hardly worth it. Better to keep $400 to $500 in case you need a hotel and tow.
