Hey, thanks for the recommendation and the well wishes. I’ve been through EMDR and it GREATLY reduced my symptoms. I think that what’s left just needs time. And probably more therapy, but I strongly believe that no one is ever done with therapy.

I’m hoping, without much hope, that Caitlyn Jenner is on the road to the right place. Slowly but surely, she’s getting better-ish, but I’m not exactly putting any stock into it.
