As far as the RPG aspects go I would agree. Skyrim is maybe a little over-rated in that regard. The story isn’t super strong. Combat is a bit iffy. You can waste tons of hours doing stupid things like crafting daggers only to find out the skill you’ve unlocked isn’t very useful.

I still haven’t deleted NMS from my PS4. I’m hoping in a few months they will patch the tech demo they released and make it into a full game, or half a game, or a quarter of a game. Something a little more meaty than Quest for inventory space 2016.

You kind of just described Driver on PS1. I remember the first time I played GTA III I couldn’t believe how similar it was to Driver. I don’t think you could go outside your car in Driver however.

I like his original style. Looks like an art director requested he do something like the GTA portraits for Asphalt Overdrive. He pulled it off but the rest of the stuff is much more interesting IMO.

Dragon Age vanished because people expected that a game with “dragon” in the title might actually have something to do with dragons... but it doesn’t, not really. There’s one dragon you have to fight. In game, it’s referred to as an arch demon.
