Of the Legendary weapons, I feel like this bow is the least exciting. The other weapons have cool unique effects and this one just has a pretty common bow bonus - Increased damage at further distance.

Characters don’t have to be bisexual for everyone in a game to be protagonist-sexual. 

This is where the player’s fantasy world comes into conflict with the concept of a story writer. I can see the merits of both sides of this issue.

The ability to have a place to store some weapons is seriously overlooked as a strong reason to get the house mechanically.
