The site was not racist. It was posting videos of the police brutality current happening. Some people complained that they didn’t follow for that. This was a bad attempt at explaining that it’s OK for him to do it.

The tweet was not being racist. It was a hamfisted attempt at justifying why they should post stuff about current events on their page. I’m guessing they got pushback from racists - which led to the bad tweet to then to the decision to shit down

The worst part of that text is being a Native American and realizing that he doesn’t see the irony in defending having renamed the lake for the Slavery man from the Native Americans while forcing them into schools to force them to stop being their own culture more accurately fits what he was describing.

The only issues I had,
