Eh? I bounced a basketball off the face of a gangbanger and he didn't even blink. I'll have to try that cardboard box attack out.

One of my favorite aspects of XCOM was fear. First combat mission, turn 2. Alien grenade blows up on my skyranger's /ramp/, killing all but 2 soldiers before anyone had even gotten 10 feet from the landing zone. Turn 3, both survivors panic, drop their weapons, and are gunned down as they flee.
I see a lot of Mass Effect 2 from this demo.
Looks just like Shadowrun, a good game that ruined itself with a shit title. Pick another name so people will see the game instead of the name.
I really hate the radar. Completely removed one of the most significant skill layers of the game and put every player on training wheels. Players were able to improve their offensive and defensive abilities by learning to pay attention under pressure. Now it's just served up on a silver platter so nobody has to even…
The learning curve for CS is pretty much vertical at this point. If you want to try to learn your paces in this game, I suggest viewing the server player list before entering for bot names. Jump into a bot-server so you have a chance to figure out how the guns work, empty clips into walls at varying distances and…
I'm guessing most couples already know they'll get married eventually, the proposal is just the precipitating event. Doesn't make the proposal less nerve-wracking though, there's still plenty of performance anxiety.
No, it would be proof if he won anything.
The reason why people want a Steam monopoly is because strangely enough, this is a monopoly that has been /good/ for the consumers. Typically you would expect competition to be good for the market, because that is the case just about everywhere else. However, in the gaming market, this particular monopoly has driven…
Heh, I call that thing the deagle in every game now b/c of CS.
There will be a loud and vocal segment that will hate this for not being CS 1.6.
Cue the raging hordes screaming "1.6! 1.6! 1.6!"
Collectible pin-up posters.
Hahaha, the stipulation here is that it's not going to be rendered in real-time.
That's a good way to promote recognition of equality. Heck, I'd love to see more asians shown as people rather than all men being ninjas or scientists, or all women being slutty/submissive ninjas and scientists.
Ha, I totally called it. I knew the mass market would just pick the blonde.
Boy, I wish the workplace would institute a "go out and play" break, I certainly spend far more time sitting around at work than at home playing games. 12 hours is the mandatory /minimum/ workday in public accounting for January- April.
Just want to point out that the Iphone isn't a great example here due to their product differentiation: [en.wikipedia.org]
Statistically, more people will choose the blonde.
Seconded.
