I just love this phrasing: “He was scheduled to attend an event on opioids”

Liberal or conservative, that chorus is gonna be awkward at the white family barbecue.

So Wranglers have *always* been Italian, then? Not just under FCA?

So much hate, Sam. So. Much. Hate.
Looking forward to a non-”The Rock” F&F movie again.

How did I miss this in January. This is great! The Rock movies are The Rock movies, I resented him taking over the franchise I was a fan of.

Yes, because all previous generations of Corvette have been known for their trunk space.

Convertible Mustang with all the options + GT350R + labor to put all the GT350R drivetrain/suspension/braking components into the convertible = $200k

Did this data see a dip in the “Cash for Clunkers” era?

Somehow I wandered back into this article, and that line is gone now. Boo for the edit. I remember it 2+ years later

CR-Z with an all electric swap would probably be easier to build than a multiverse machine.
<that was the joke i think though>

The interesting thing about that is the controllers/pumps that allow coal rolling also allow some amazing MPG (on a pound-for-pound basis.) You will find PLENTY of MPG one-upping if you get a bunch of Dodge Cummins folks together. I’ve heard >24mpg, and have myself hit 20mpg ... in a 7,800lb. vehicle with a 5.9 liter

My truck is just about to the “restore it as a classic” stage. ‘03 2500 6spd CTD Laramie 4dr long bed (4x4, of course.) It had a very easy first eight years, and then I bought it with 80k miles and have beat the hell out of it since (~210k now.) I figure in a few more years I’ll get the body and paint refreshed to

BOTW is massively overrated. A good game made boring by endless grinding, cooking, and weapon wear. I’m sure it’s great if you’ve got nothing better to do. But as a casual it was too much time for too little enjoyment.
So if they address some of that in the sequel I’m in.

“Oh.”
I do enjoy Ballaban Morning Shifts

Based on a few rentals and test drives: They are fine in corners. You’re always a little on edge wondering when the front-heavy, rear-drive, mega HP beast will break loose (or when the nannies will kick in); but I imagine with time you’d become familiar with the limits.
Fun at 7/10ths, a handful above that with

.

I would enjoy seeing a Hellcat engine in a 370Z. I bet there’s already one at a drift track somewhere.

“The Whoosh” ... what an appropriate name.

PG: “We need to get in on that sweet ‘Is a Hotdog a Sandwich’ action for Jalopnik, Takeout is killing us.”
JT: “What?”
PG: “Just do it”
JT: “I don’t even...”
PG: “MAKE. IT. HAPPEN.”
