Trump and a lot of the people in his thrall are, it seems safe to say, gone. They will continue walk among us—Trump will be in a golf cart—but they will never come back. They are somewhere else. There is nothing they are not prepared to believe if the right people say it; they will choose the right lie over any

I’ve got a ‘15 Convertible GT in the same color w/ red leather. No regrets. Do it.

I’m pretty sure I am that friend.

While the comments on this article are well and truly insane; I think the fact that no one bats an eye at police wearing tactical gear for such a mundane bit of tax enforcement really says the most about where we are as a society.

Also bad form to throw out the 380 65 MPG/seat number without showing the new planes number. Rough math shows it in the neighborhood of 50MPG/seat. I think.

My 15 year old diesel truck gets 102 MPG per seat.

I was living the suburban life in Denver for a while, and needed a project to keep me busy. So I found a sun-ruined 928 for cheap and got it home by sheer luck, I realized after it failed to start the next day. There wasn’t anything too horrible mechanically though, just a lot of expensive annoying issues. And it

“this is your warning”? or... what?

FCA’s claim is based on looks not function. The “it will put a dent in Jeep sales” issue, while likely true, does not address the IP claims.

As though David and Stef’s fantasy garages had a tryst and out popped this thing. Now I’m picturing trailing a 944 on Fins&Things with a puffalump strapped in.

“...the CEO who saved the company”
Is that the sentiment of most FCA folks/alums? I’ve always had an independent Chrysler chip on my shoulder since Daimler was so dismissive of Chrysler when they wrung it for cash. Sergio was just another pimp in my book.

“in its eyes”
Fucking. Pixar.

How in the world is some park on the outskirts of Seattle the quietest place in America? Try Southwest Kansas.

I am *sure* I saw the yellow corners called out as a feature in some official FCA document several years ago. I think when the SRT-8 was still the top offering. Are these different than those?

Meh, it’s no 5:19

IANAA: But from what I recall from community college It’s not an asset if the loan is underwater, it’s a liability.

I was a 30yo guy listening to this on an airplane in 2007. Old Samsung flip phone (the darth vader phone, last of the flip phones) didn’t shut off music if the headphone jack came unplugged, it just flipped to speaker. That phone (SCH-A930) had a really loud speaker. The whole plane got to share in my slightly awkward

20 years ago the SCCA was so cliquey and had so many barriers to entry that I was forever turned off to them. I’m sure it’s a different organization now, but I still have some cold schadenfreude when I see SCCA problems.

.

I’m just here for the infinite foosball table.
