FCA’s claim is based on looks not function. The “it will put a dent in Jeep sales” issue, while likely true, does not address the IP claims.

As though David and Stef’s fantasy garages had a tryst and out popped this thing. Now I’m picturing trailing a 944 on Fins&Things with a puffalump strapped in.
“...the CEO who saved the company”
Is that the sentiment of most FCA folks/alums? I’ve always had an independent Chrysler chip on my shoulder since Daimler was so dismissive of Chrysler when they wrung it for cash. Sergio was just another pimp in my book.
“in its eyes”
Fucking. Pixar.
I am *sure* I saw the yellow corners called out as a feature in some official FCA document several years ago. I think when the SRT-8 was still the top offering. Are these different than those?
Meh, it’s no 5:19
IANAA: But from what I recall from community college It’s not an asset if the loan is underwater, it’s a liability.
I was a 30yo guy listening to this on an airplane in 2007. Old Samsung flip phone (the darth vader phone, last of the flip phones) didn’t shut off music if the headphone jack came unplugged, it just flipped to speaker. That phone (SCH-A930) had a really loud speaker. The whole plane got to share in my slightly awkward…
20 years ago the SCCA was so cliquey and had so many barriers to entry that I was forever turned off to them. I’m sure it’s a different organization now, but I still have some cold schadenfreude when I see SCCA problems.

I use mine often. I’m a little taller than average, but not by much. I can comfortable lay my head back and still see forward. If a headrest is back too far for that I’ll tilt it up. Drowsy driving is exacerbated by this though. I try not to drive drowsy, but when I do I’m careful not to use the headrest lest it…
Your Porsche quote sounded like they were using insulation/shielding, not artificial noise. Or did I miss something?
“...something that could get them into serious trouble.”
They’re all cars, Tom. Unless there’s some magic force field around that CX-5 no one’s heard about.
Your point, overall, is valid. There are safer and easier to control cars out there than the Wrangler. But, to paint one car as more likely to get a driver into…
I’m half remembering that shoulder harnesses should be anchored no more than 5° below perpendicular to the spine of the seat. That looks like more. I’m sure Brabus knows more than me, just caught my eye.
Tilt-shift is part of it, huge part is the timelapse effect making it look like stop motion too.
car didn’t run or it wouldn’t be a push while someone else drives thing.
I remember watching monster NFL hits in the 80's, early 90's. After enough of this shit the NFL started down the player safety road with pass interference becoming much more strict and other rules to prevent some of the unprotected hits that injure people and end careers.
In a generation no one will let a hockey…
momentum to get up the ramps. knew they couldn’t push it up such an incline. (btdt)
“Yes I have, right into a wall on the freeway.”
Then why should anyone listen to you?
Also I bet your tires were bald.
not if you buy offroad fuel.
(pedantry!)
(helps if you live in a farming community)
