Because everyone with “experience” will see things your way? Jesus, your Legend was probably just overburdened by your ego... would explain the under-steer. (And fwiw yes I have driven them, when they were new.)

Were you driving in the ‘90s? I’d go with a MT coupe, but still. The Legend was not the Acura you know today. It was worthy of dream car status.

He isn’t the shortest path to complete the weld circuit, to be pedantic.

Weld circuit is weird stuff. You *could* get zapped but you usually don’t. Not like a household circuit where you usually WILL get zapped. Earth ground vs. weld circuit ground. But, disrespect it enough (wet metal, wet gloves, puddles, etc) and you can zap yourself good with a welder. That said, most back-yard welders

This is the best car advice that has ever been given. It works for technology of any kind, too (especially computers/tablets/phones.)

I’m sure someone has said they’d rather have the SY Maltese Falcon. Count me in that group.

Royals fan. We had benefit of friendly zones in game 1 and 2, but they were consistent. That zone last night was inconsistent from pitch to pitch, batter to batter, inning to inning. I honestly think I could have called better; and I don’t generally think that, usually very willing to defer to the experience of MLB

I’ve got two: 928 with mt and broken a/c. These cars are often called “comfortable” but it’s by the torturous standards of european sports cars. Dog leg (which I normally enjoy) is a pain in traffic, and the car just becomes a horrible heat trap even on the coldest days.
Second: Diesel Ram long-bed 4dr 4wd mt. That

Exactly. Screamer is just a JK shill at this point. No value to be found in these pages. I only end up here when a link shows up as I’m browsing Jalop or Deadspin, as it did today.

The motors are there, just look at a modern locomotive. It’s just the batteries... which is where hydrogen comes in. (sorry for being pedantic. I used to deal with heavy electric motors and couldn’t let that go.)

I own a 15 tdi golf. Not taking it near a dealer if/when they have a reflash for it.

Keep humping that Pro/Rel pillow, keep accepting bad losses to Brazil, keep on glorifying friendly wins against un-motivated teams. Euro-fetish trash is all Screamer can bring. If you guys had your way there would be no recognizable pro soccer in the USA. I don’t think you realize how foolish you are. I guess most of

In all seriousness, I’ve got 40k miles on my ‘15 Golf TDI. I don’t think I’ll be taking it anywhere near a VW dealer from now on, lest they mess with my 50mpg and wonderful torque curve.

Ram has always had a box in that spot. Not always flat bottomed though. I use it for chains, straps, hitch balls, etc.

In all seriousness though, the torque in the new motor is great fun, and the handling is as good as FWD gets.

Mk7 Golf? (TDI... anyone... sigh...)

I own a ‘15 TDI and am confused by it. Yes. If it’s just standard lockdown, say so. If there’s something fishy about the AdBlue motors, say so. But to stop sales of a motor that wasn’t involved with the year and a half old report without saying one of those two things (or something else entirely, anything, really) is

To be fair, the two-wiper wagon was ALWAYS a collector. Two. rear. wipers.

Thanks Steve. I’m wondering as a ‘15 Golf TDI owner who bought it for the torque and fuel economy, emissions be damned, can I legally “opt out” of any “fix”? I’m sure it’s very particular to state by state laws (no tailpipe check here in MO) and I’m certain I’ll have to avoid VW dealer service like the plague, but

In my mid-20’s I was on a date with my wife to a nice steakhouse. When I asked, the waiter very patiently explained to me that the “fungi du jour” was the mushroom of the day. We’re in an area known for wild mushrooms and especially morels so I was hoping for something local. Once I explained my question to him he was
