Its blood to blood..........not the best transmission..........and it there has to be two open cuts or someone sucking the HIV blood from the cut. Not probable events.

Look........at a minimum its perpetuating bad info. You can't get AIDS from an open cut. More importantly, its my opinion that joking about AIDS in this context is in bad taste.
