Having watched half the season, I suspect this will be the Thor of the Marvel/Netflix 'Phase 1'. It delves the deepest into what we currently know to be the villain of the big team up. It looks like Iron Fist and Daredevil are the two who know the most about what's going on leading into the Defenders.

I think their planned various villains would work better if we had any damn idea what the Hand or Madame Gao were trying to do. Having both their roles in DD S1 and S2 be so opaque was a poor decision.
