Boobs aren't hard to render. There will be thousand's of npc's with boobs, and possible strong female characters with boobs, just not a female assassin.

I think the only time I really had to switch to another character was when me and maybe another party member would die, I would normally switch to Wynn(never took Morrigan, because she hated everything I did because I was nice) and made her rez me and the party member, or members if it was just Wynnb y herself.

the tactical fighting stuff was always an impossibilty for me, because apparently you're supposed to have archers / ranged people up on a hill or something while you and someone else duke it out with the enemy, but then, it never really worked, especially in DA:O, because archery was way too slow.
