All one has to do is click the link to Aditi’s piece and look at the white women tears/faux outrage. I’ll never forget the shit that was lodged at some of my favorite people here for simply pointing out the fact that the world is set up to put white women up on a pedestal.

The “well actually” crowd can stuff it, because the white women who voted are the only white women who matter. Everyone else gave up their right to have an opinion when they ignored their right (and responsibility) to vote.

The stats do not lie. There are white people who are not doing so hot either, like the Scots Irish. But who cares? The fact is when you lump Laotians and Vietnamese Americans in Asian, they are still doing well. It’s not like there is just a small number of Asian billionaires and everyone else is making minimum wage.
