Neutral: Find some yellow or orange glasses, or even the blue computer screen glasses to drive in. Helps. A lot.

These cars will die at 60-65K miles, or never. My guess for this one is it will be a million mile car, properly taken care of. Seems it’s on it’s way. Had a 2000 SC2 that as much as I hated, in 80k miles it cost me $1.87 to replace a tire stud. and tires. All highway miles, so brakes and clutch was just fine for owner…
There was a 1967 Mustang (Super Snake) put together by Shelby that had the Boss 429 in it that was used for tire testing by Goodyear for their Thunderbolt tires. The 7.35/7.75-15 4 ply tiers (that’s what the wrapping says on them) pre-metric tire sizes averaged for 500 miles a speed of over 180, times reaching a bit…
At that price, may as well buy new, get the full warranty, and AWD.
I would rather follow someone from the CDC about COVID over a judge that has no medical degree or knowledge of diseases. COVID isn’t going away...ever. Masks suck. Hospital worker, so I still wear them every day that I’m here. I don’t like wearing them, I’m fully vaccinated, mostly my choice. No vaccine, no working.
The shifter isn’t done...there needs to be something else around it. Cup holder. wooden coffin...center console of some kind. 3D print something, and don’t use an old gym sock or hospital rag to cover the hole. Kangaroo nutsack or something odd, like this car. And the steering wheel, as mentioned. Go to the junk yard…
Like everyone else here, colors other than black, white, and red. Vent windows. I’ll add one more - the rear roll down window. 4Runners have it, Tundra has it, I wish more had it and vent windows. Quiet, and lots of air movement. Factory radios that are loud, not just kinda loud. Monsoon & Mach 460 stereo systems you…
1961 Catalina SD with a very touch racing clutch. Burned it up trying to get it on the (wrong type) trailer. Touchy, needed to rev it but not shoot it over the top. Clutch had to be replaced.
Too much for a winter beater. Not nice enough for a DD. Rattle can looking paint job hides a lot. Cut that price in 1/2.
I’ve heard of these going well over 200k before giving up the ghost. The rubber bits, if not replaced by now, will need it. Easily completed. SSEi...even more worth, in these crazy used car prices time.
I wonder if PTG is owned by Hertz.
I had a UNICEF brand radio for my car. Auto reverse cassette deck, fast forward only, and two speakers (4" round) in the box for $20. 1986. It was better than no radio at all, which was the case.
the mid 70's Pontiac GTO had a tent option. Very few were sold.
Ugliest would have to go to the Isuzu Vehicross.
Why was the officer getting out of the back of the police car?
Why is *anyone* saying NP for this .... car? I get some people just want to watch the world burn...I would hope this dies in that burning as well.
Way back when I was going to court for child support, if there was any sort of mistake it was on me, eventually a lawyer, to get straightened out. SO these guys can submit with mistakes all over and still get it to go by? That’s really BS.
Give Foust a call. He can try to drift it, maybe with a better outcome.
In laws construction company sold a small motorized crane that they never used. Company in Florida bought it, paid to have it shipped. Wife took pictures of it after loading, and as it drove away. It arrived at the destination with the rear bumper gone. Shippers denied doing any damage. She sent pictures of it leaving…
My 4Runner was the Urban Runner package that had a built in removable navigation TomTom that after 1 year was worthless. I used Waze, and do to this day. I was sad when Google bought them, but it’s hard to say no to the dollars they were waving around. Google annoys me. So many popup ads, even on Waze now. McDonalds,…
