I think my favorite part of this article was the response from Skoda UK with “sedans” in quotes. Basically saying “*sigh* Americans. We know you meant the proper term ‘saloon’, but we’re not going to call you out on it.”

From what I understand though, hantavirus is usually neutralized by UV radiation from sunlight within 24-48 hours. So it’s doubtful there was any real risk of it, but better safe than sorry. I was fine until I saw the literal crap coming off of the seats while they were power washing it.
