Counterpoint: after the way the Raptors fans celebrated Durant's injury, they deserve all the trolling they get.

9 years of Harper and you're going to act like Canadian politicians are enlightened?
Canadians reserve their celebrations for player injuries, after all.
Bad take. Every goal you score against Thailand breaks a tie against Sweden, who will play for a draw and has a good chance of getting it. Getting an insurmountable goal differential forces Sweden out of their shell.
You end up tied with Sweden at the top of the group and it's goal differential that decides the winner -- even above head to head. You're only satisfied with getting your three points if you know it clinches the group, otherwise you must pile it on.
I don’t know that they would have gone with a different plan on that final play, necessarily. Given the way Gasol played it, it looked like Lowry was the intended #2 option, and he got what would normally be a wide open shot. Of course maybe if they know they need 2 instead of 3 they try to get Gasol open instead.
Now I want to know if there are people getting custom paint jobs with splitter guards painted on.
My favorite thing about that final defensive possession by the Warriors is that Green ended up covering both Gasol and Lowry and he still got the block.
With that response I feel like the Raptors fans are the ones making a heel turn.
Bringing the step kids into the equation (and considering their means) it makes sense. That way the kids have their rooms and don't feel that their space is invaded by the step mom.
It was good to see the refs set the tone early and let the Blues know they cared about player safety. It felt like they still played their physical game, especially in the second, but things didn't get out of hand.
For whatever reason the rule in soccer is that offside applies when any part of the offensive player is offside. If this accurate application of the rule is ruining the sport, maybe it’s the rule that is the problem rather than the enforcement.
I’m referring to the people camping on the left lane of the Thruway. You can pass them. It's way safer than changing lanes or suddenly braking.
It’s totally legal in New York. It doesn’t make sense to arbitrarily slow down in the right lane or switch lanes when somebody is driving slow to your left.
The tripping no call is getting the most attention but by that point Bruins fans were reacting to no calls on a number of dangerous hits that appeared to target players' heads. At this point it looks like the primary team strategy.
Wild guess a number of staffers failed a "loyalty test".
I’ve never been in the market for a professional workstation, but do people really go to Best Buy for that? I'd figure they would order direct from the manufacturer.
You usually wouldn't even need to add Linux, since MacOS is UNIX certified and most of the libraries you would want to target on Linux would be directly accessible to you on MacOS. Still works just fine if you do.
I don’t personally use the software, so I don’t know. I do know that the processor and motherboard both are doing more to drive up the cost than the video cards. I have to imagine the processor selection is from the newer Skylake X Xeon W variants. 16x to 4 PCIE slots or 8x to 8 PCIE slots, I guess? I’ve never seen…
Kind of expected this piece to publish directly after the game. Still working on the Games 1 and 3 pieces?
