Well I live in Albany and I’ve never heard of it. 

The big city in my area is about 10 miles down the street and my wife and I didn't even get that far again until the baby was 4 months old. Between avoiding the flu for the first 2 months and the frequency of her feedings we just couldn't make any trip.
