Aren’t most bicycles these days hand-built? I wonder who was writing the copy for this.
I dunno, Cornelius Vanderbilt did it twice.
Probably a dig at Arkansas? But, you know, it’s actual legal in New York.
I think you mean “beer for winners”.
I ran off to sojo.net to find the Social Justice Christian response and found this:
I mean, I write code and I have a social science degree. A ton of software developers themselves are already social science/humanities/liberal arts graduates. Not that there isn’t any value to a CS degree, it just isn’t as necessary when you’re mostly working in high level languages.
Minorities in the US during WWII were keenly aware of this irony.
When people worry about AI replacing human workers I just imagine all the new QA positions.

The only thing I’ve actually seen Patrick Wilson in is the Phantom if the Opera movie, so it’s not a surprise for me.
Imagine the salt if the Warriors had gotten more than one of their stars in free agency.
Even traveling in the US would be nice. 2 weeks vacation is the usual for anyone who has vacation here (not actually required) and for me I don’t usually have much left over after visiting family.
There’s encrypted storage, too. And if all you need to do is check a value (like with passwords) you can store hashed data instead.
