I find easy mode for most games ruins the experience because it's usually balanced such that you can ignore huge swaths of game mechanics. I work on a very similar game series, and our management saw the lockdown coming and everyone busted ass getting us ready to work remotely. We even had to deal with next gen dev kits. I’m surprised they weren’t able to prepare in time. Hopefully they’re better prepared for the future though.
