Roth, I’ve said it before and will say it again, but no writer anywhere has a better understanding of the grey mush in this donut’s head and it makes me deeply concerned for your well-being.

Think swimming - stroke, stroke, breathe!

“I don’t know how we can allow our franchise quarterback to be put out there like that.”

At least I don’t have to physically suppress my gag reflex when Pence tries to talk, it would be worth it if for no reason other than stopping the pink mush under that ridiculous comb-over leaking out of that anus-puckered mouth.

More importantly, it’s already illegal in every state for a man to commit sexual assault in a women’s bathroom. (The crime is “sexual assault” obvs.) In fact, it’s illegal for any person to sexually assault anybody else in any bathroom. The fact that bathroom bill people feel the need to single out a special case of

Because they aren’t actually feminists in substance, they’re just generic conservative transphobes who appropriate the language of feminism to reinforce traditional gender identities and roles.

Why?

Man, don’t play into the fake news BS. If you think it’s a weird or unimportant story to cover that’s one thing but that line of criticism is way different from accusing the media of outright fabrication without actual evidence.

Call them FARTs instead of TERFs! (Feminism-appropriating reactionary transphobes, since they use the language of feminism with none of the substance).

TERFs is generous and presumes good faith. These are Feminism-Appropriating Reactionary Transphobes, aka FARTs.

I don’t watch hockey so can’t speak on that, but I know baseball has a far lower frequency of overturned calls and it’s very rare for replay or review to be necessary. 99% of GIDPs I’ve seen are totally uncontroversial. Basketball and-1 vs. charge is not worth getting upset about at all because it is so high scoring

That dropback in the first clip might be the worst i’ve ever seen in the nfl (even before that ‘throw’). He’s practically falling backwards

From literally the first sentence of that article’s second paragraph:

The difference is that none of those sports involve people deliberatly and egregiously trying to inflict traumatic head injuries on each other. Even in football injuries like this are extraordinarily rare, and that’s the only sport in your list that comes anywhere close to boxing in terms of either traumatic or repeate

I mean, most football players are not explicitly taught to deliberately KO an opponent and if they do so they often get penalized for it—unlike boxing where scoring a KO (read: causing a traumatic brain injury) is an instant win.

So wait, literally all they had to do was legally finish the race, in any position, and they would go to the olympics? And they got disqualified and now won’t go to the olympics because of this? Because that is incredibly unfortunate.

Thank you for obeying the letter of “stick to sports” rather than the intent!
